Terms of Service
Effective 17 July 2026
1. The service
OneEnv is a workspace-based governance platform for environment configuration, database structure, API contracts, and validation rules. By creating an account or logging in, you agree to these terms. If you use OneEnv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Your account and workspace
Accounts are identified by email address and authenticated by one-time login codes; you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. Workspace Owners and Admins control membership, roles, and per-service permissions inside their workspaces, and are responsible for who they grant access to.
3. Your data
Configuration values, database structure, API definitions, and audit history you store in OneEnv belong to you. We store secret values encrypted at rest and mask them in the interface by default. We access customer data only to operate the service, investigate abuse, or as required by law. You can export your data at any time (per-service export and full workspace takeout), archive a workspace, and permanently delete it after the 30-day grace period.
4. Plans and limits
OneEnv is free to start; see the pricing page. For needs beyond the standard offering, a Custom engagement can be discussed with us; its scope and any commercial terms are agreed separately in writing and are not created by submitting an inquiry. Workspaces that hold a legacy paid plan keep their agreed capacity and terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use OneEnv to store or distribute unlawful content, attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without an agreement, or exceed reasonable API usage (rate limits are enforced). We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, with notice where practicable.
6. Availability and support
OneEnv is provided on an "as available" basis without a formal SLA at this stage. We publish what works, what's simulated, and what's planned on the roadmap and blog, and we operate documented backup and restore procedures for customer data.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneEnv is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You can stop using OneEnv at any time; archiving and then purging a workspace permanently removes its data after the grace period. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with notice. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Changes and contact
We'll notify account holders by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions go to the contact page. See also our Privacy Policy.
